1. You must record at least 5 seconds before and after each clip to allow for editing.
2. Video must be shot in “vertical” style and just contain your face (similar to a selfie photo).
3. We prefer 1080p video and require at least 720p (most smart phones will work).
4. Please try to shoot the video in a quiet place with good lighting.
5. Please look into the lense of the camera as if you are talking to an interviewer.
